IMPORTANT- PROJECT GRADUATION 2012

Dear Parents/Guardians,

It’s hard to believe, but spring is almost here and graduation for the Class of 2012 is within sight, and so is Project Graduation! The Project Graduation Celebration will be held from Friday, June 15th after the Class Night activities until early morning on Saturday, June 16th. As we get closer to the date we will pinpoint the departure and arrival times.

As you are probably aware, fundraising efforts have been ongoing since the beginning of the school year. The Project Graduation Committee members have held a Calendar Raffle, a Corporate Donations letter campaign, a Movie Night at WA, run the Concession Table at some of the WA basketball games, hosted Dining for a Cause at the 99 Restaurant in Dayville, and held the Prom Fashion Show, with a Basket Raffle and Concession Stand. All funds raised will be used to provide a fun, exciting and safe celebration for the graduating members of the Class of 2012. The Committee would like to thank all of you that have helped with these fundraisers and those of you who have supported them. Our fundraising efforts will continue through June to try and offset the cost of this celebration. Please look for announcements about these future fundraising events, as your support is essential in making them successful.

The Committee has selected a location, is making arrangements for transportation and is busy planning the entertainment and menu for this fun filled event! Now it is time for the students to register for this All Night Class Celebration!!! Attached you will find a registration form that needs to be filled out and returned to the school no later than Monday, April 30th. There is a $25.00 registration fee to offset the cost of transportation for this event.

Please fill out the attached registration form and return it along with the $25 fee to Trish Welch in the Main Office as soon as possible.
