90% of Academy graduates continue their education at colleges, universities, and other institutions of higher learning. Additional graduates enter the workforce, employment and post-secondary training programs, or choose to serve in the armed services.
7. Semester Block Schedule
Four 84-minute instructional blocks each day. Course and classes generally run for one semester, much like a college semester schedule.
8. Co-Curricular Activities & Athletics
More than 35 student oriented activities and 31 sports teams are offered. Over 30 interscholastic sports teams compete in the large division of the Eastern Connecticut Conference. An intramural sports program is also available to students.
9. Fine & Performing Arts
Multiple opportunities exsist in a extensive range of courses offered in our Fine Arts program.

Students have the opportunity to travel around the globe.
